‘Disembodied Electronic Matter’ is a research project concerned with the visualization of electronically composed music. It is a proposition to study electronic music through a visual language that will be designed to depict specific synthesis features allowing thus an analysis of simple composition and comparison between two or more.

The idea lying behind the systematisation is to depict the data in such way that characteristics of music styles
and musical elements will become apparent. It is hoped that this quest into the roots of music genres will depict what leaves us humans moved – emotionally and or physically.
